With thirty licensed loan offices and a full-time processing staff, we do purchases, construction loans, debt consolidation. second mortgages, lines of credit, and equity loans. The majority of our loan officers have at least three years of experience in the business, and team leaders have a minimum of six years experience. We are also a correspondent lender which means that we also do loans in our own name. Most mortgage companies are basically brokers that only find investors to underwrite their loan and then they get sold. We have the ability to write loans both ways, so we can find the program that makes the most sense for our customer.
James (Jim) Priebe, our assistant Branch Manager, is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). Fewer than ten people in the state of Ohio have this prestigious designation, and we are very fortunate to have Jim on our staff. CMPS professionals have demonstrated knowledge and expertise regarding tax and financial planning implications of various mortgage and real estate investment strategies. Jim typically works through referrals from financial planners and CPAs, but has a passion for helping those who have had credit challenges in the past to help improve their financial profile.
Jim is currently working on a new course of study through Crown Ministries' Kingdom Advisors. Kingdom Advisors specializes in biblically-based financial planning that incorporate biblical mandates for financial planning into a world view. Most successful financial plans are founded on basic values, such as act your "wage", don't spend more than you earn, save a little bit, and invest for the long term. Jim combines mortgage lending with these time tested principles to help his customers develop a complete, sound financial profile.
