As a young woman, Carol Schuette was fascinated with travel. She earned an Associate's Degree in Accounting, found work at a bank, and before long discovered the banking life wasn't near as exciting as she'd hoped. Her solution came in the form of an outside sales position for a travel agency. Working in the travel industry was so enjoyable, Carol decided to open her own travel agency in Lakewood, Ohio. The advent of faxes, emails, and electronic ticketing enabled Carol to relocate her agency into her Strongsville home in 2000 where she spends her days making travel arrangements for her clients, and co-ordinating the efforts of agents Ann Marie Futo and Nancy Joyce.
